LeadPinger ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LeadPinger platform, a lead automation service that connects Meta Lead Ads with WhatsApp Business messaging. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via hashing).

Integration Data: When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, we receive and store your Page Access Token, Page ID, and Page Name to enable lead retrieval. When you connect WhatsApp, we store your Phone Number ID and Access Token.

Lead Data: We process lead information (name, phone number, email) received from Meta Lead Ads forms on your behalf. This data belongs to you and your leads.

Usage Data: We collect basic analytics such as login timestamps and feature usage to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

— Provide, maintain, and improve our lead automation service

— Process and deliver WhatsApp messages to your leads on your behalf

— Authenticate your identity and manage your account

— Send you service-related communications (account verification, security alerts)

— Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, and Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data.

Access tokens for Meta and WhatsApp are stored encrypted in our database and are never exposed to other users or third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

— Meta Platforms, Inc. — to retrieve your lead ad data via the Graph API (as authorized by you)

— WhatsApp / Meta — to send messages via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (as configured by you)

— Service Providers — Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting) as necessary to operate the platform

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

— Access, update, or delete your account and associated data at any time

— Disconnect your Meta and WhatsApp integrations at any time

— Export your lead data

— Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Google Ads conversion tracking may be used on the registration page to measure ad effectiveness, with no personal data shared.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove all associated data within 30 days. Lead data processed on your behalf is retained until you delete it or close your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
