Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
LeadPinger offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform's features with a limit of 100 leads. No payment is collected during the trial, so no refund is applicable for the trial period.
2. Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and payment processing on our behalf. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with LeadPinger. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
— Within 7 days of your first payment: You are eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service. No questions asked.
— After 7 days: Refunds are not available for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
— Renewals: Refunds are not provided for recurring subscription renewals. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date through the Settings page in your dashboard.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our website with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your LeadPinger dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
— You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
— No further charges will be made after cancellation.
— Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, in case you decide to resubscribe.
— After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases where:
— The account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
— The refund request is made after the eligible refund period has passed.
— There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Service.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
